1897年開始，FHF Funke+Huster公司和專門從事本安電話及井下通訊、控制系統的Fernsig公司合并，成為一家面向未來現代化產品的公司。
1990年以后，特別是近年來，FHF公司投資500萬馬克研制的MR90型井下泄露電話移動通訊系統，以結構緊湊、抗電磁干擾強，通話清晰完美、數據傳輸、精準的顯示機車位置等功能，為工礦企業所追捧！
同時期，FHF公司投資數百萬馬克研制了ZM51型井下數據傳輸系統，該系統成為最完善的全礦井檢測、監控系統。
